Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Important: This is a practical launch-ready placeholder and should be reviewed before the website begins collecting personal information.

1. Our commitment

Kingship Christian Centre respects the privacy and dignity of visitors, members, applicants, volunteers, ministry participants, donors, and people who submit prayer or counselling-related enquiries.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect names, contact details, age ranges, locations, ministry interests, event registrations, volunteer information, audition submissions, prayer requests, appointment requests, testimony submissions, and partnership enquiries.

3. How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, coordinate ministry participation, arrange appointments, review auditions, manage events, support prayer follow-up, communicate church updates, and improve ministry operations.

4. Sensitive information

Prayer requests, relationship concerns, counselling enquiries, and personal testimonies may contain sensitive information. Access should be limited to authorised ministry personnel with a legitimate reason to view it.

5. File uploads

Audition videos and other uploaded files may later be stored in a secure Google Drive folder connected to the church’s Google account. Spreadsheet records may include a private link to the relevant file.

6. Third-party services

The website may use Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Apps Script, YouTube, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and social media platforms. Their own privacy policies also apply when visitors use those services.

7. Media consent

Photographs, videos, testimonies, and creative submissions will not be intentionally published without suitable permission. Parents or guardians must approve identifiable media involving minors.

8. Data security

Reasonable steps should be taken to restrict access, protect account credentials, avoid public spreadsheet links, and remove information that is no longer required.

9. Retention

Information should be kept only for as long as it is needed for ministry, administrative, legal, safeguarding, or record-keeping purposes.

10. Your choices

You may ask the church to correct or remove personal information, withdraw optional communication consent, or clarify how information is being used.

11. Contact

For privacy questions, contact Kingship Christian Centre through +27 67 116 0524 or the official contact page.
